An LA native and longtime advertising copywriter, Kat Johnson began her forays into the art of Assemblage at an early age with a piece created for the band Poco that became an album cover. Now a dedicated high desert denizen, she’s busily orchestrating her intriguing and arcane poetry-in-a-box pieces for a host of galleries in this vibrant community as well as her hometown.
